St Paul’s Wokingham is organising a retreat at St Columba’s House in Woking 6:00pm Friday 3rd – 2:30 pm Sunday 5th March 2023. Since we have a number of spare places, we are opening the booking to other churches in the Sonning Deanery.
The weekend will begin with a light supper and watching the “focus” film Jesus of Nazareth on the Friday evening. It will conclude after lunch and celebration of the Eucharist on the Sunday. All meals included. Single, ensuite bedrooms. The fully inclusive cost is £210.
Silence will be an important aspect of this retreat, but there will also be worship, four talks leading from the film, times for discussion, opportunities for one-to-one meetings with the Conductor, and plenty of time for reading, reflection, prayer, relaxing, walking …
